This work is personal for me
For years, I did what many driven people do: I pushed harder, took on more, and figured things out as I went.
For a long time, it worked.
Until it didn’t.
No matter how much I changed the circumstances, the same patterns kept showing up. Different roles, different environments, the same invisible ceiling.
I know what it is like to appear confident on the outside while feeling stressed, depleted, and closer to burnout than you realize.
For more than 15 years, I have supported hundreds of high-achieving professionals in overcoming overwhelm, self-doubt, and stalled momentum.
This isn’t theory for me. It’s work I’ve lived, studied, and helped others move through.
Why this is happening
You’re not broken.

but that’s not what’s going to shift it
The harder you try to fix it from that place, the more those patterns, beliefs, and ways of operating repeat.
