A 45-minute practice with light movement, breathwork, and a short meditation. Especially supportive if you’re navigating change, feeling stretched, or wanting to start the day from a more centred place.

Open to all levels. No experience needed.

Rooted in the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga, Morning Reset is designed to calm the system, clear mental noise, and help you meet the day with more clarity, resilience, and renewed energy.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals through transitions, setbacks, and seasons when life starts to feel heavier than it should.

Morning Reset grew out of my own practice and became a steady weekly rhythm of coming back to centre before the demands of the day take over.

Rooted in Kundalini Yoga and shaped by years of coaching, this space is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and meet the day with more clarity, resilience, and renewed energy.
