Not a Medical or Psychological Assessment
The Return to Centre Assessment is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or diagnostic assessment.
It is not designed or intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or provide advice regarding any mental or physical health condition.
The assessment, your results, and any related emails, resources, coaching materials, or conversations should not be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare advice.
If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
About Your Results
Your results are generated from the responses you provide and are intended to offer general insights for personal reflection.
They should not be interpreted as a definitive assessment of your personality, capabilities, psychological state, or circumstances.
The four capacities and result categories used by Return to Centre are frameworks for reflection. They are not clinical diagnoses or validated measures of mental health.
Your circumstances are individual, and an assessment of this kind cannot account for every factor that may be influencing your experience.
Coaching and Educational Services
Return to Centre provides coaching, educational resources, and personal-development services.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or mental-health treatment and is not intended to replace services provided by appropriately qualified professionals.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being, including determining whether information or suggestions provided through Return to Centre are appropriate for your circumstances.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
The assessment is intended to help you identify areas you may wish to explore more closely. No particular result, improvement, or outcome is guaranteed from completing the assessment or participating in Return to Centre coaching, programs, sessions, or other services.
Any decisions or actions you take after completing the assessment remain your responsibility.
