Return to Centre Assessment
When you complete the Return to Centre Assessment, your responses are used to generate results across four capacities: Clarity & Direction, Boundaries & Energy, Inner Authority, and Emotional Regulation.
Your assessment responses and results are intended to provide information for personal reflection and education.
The assessment is not a medical, psychiatric or psychological assessment and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Results should not be considered medical, psychological or other healthcare advice.
Assessment results are based on the responses you provide and are general in nature. They should not be interpreted as definitive conclusions about you or your circumstances.
Email Communications
When you complete the Return to Centre Assessment, you may receive a short series of emails designed to help you understand your results and explore the patterns related to your primary growth area.
From time to time, I may also send information about Return to Centre programs, workshops, events or services where you have consented to receive those communications or where otherwise permitted by law.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
Transactional or service-related communications that are necessary to provide something you requested may still be sent where appropriate.
Service Providers
Return to Centre uses third-party services to operate the website, assessment, email communications, scheduling and related business functions.
